In this first post, I would like to welcome you to The Golden Leader! No matter what brought you, I’m happy to have you here. Leadership is one of the most dynamic and challenging arenas, and you have taken the first step to becoming better at the art of it.

If you read my bio, then you know that I not only take leadership seriously, but that I have the pedigree to back up my words. If you haven’t had a chance to read it yet, I encourage you to do so now.

There are so many facets to leadership that I didn’t want to write a book and call it a day. Leadership is ever changing because the followers are ever changing. So, this blog will serve as a living testament to the merging of old and new school leadership tactics, techniques, and procedures. I do this portion because I think that learning should be accessible to all, period. You shouldn’t have to purchase a book, nor sign up for an expensive leadership course.
